Bringing a taste of the Devon coast to the big city, street food vendor CLAW is popping up at The Hat and Tun in Farringdon for two weeks in June, serving up a range of bespoke crab dishes and seafood delights made fresh to order.
After discovering that Britain exports approximatively 80% of its crab to the rest of Europe, Fabian Clark – CLAW’s founder and Virgin Foodpreneur 2015 winner – first launched the street food business in February 2015 in a bid to bring crab back to British plates. Sourcing traceable, sustainable and fresh crab from Start Bay in Devon, CLAW is now a regular across all the KERB markets and has had various residencies in London.
