I was invited to an igloo party at The Sipping Room last night. Not a big fan of whisky, I already tasted some in Scotland and Ireland. To be honest, it always burns my throat but I like the taste of whisky.

The Sipping Room – located in Canary Wharf – has it all covered with giant pop-up igloos and Copper Dog has two exclusive igloos there. Get warm up in this cozy space and create your own cocktails!
First, we all had an Apple dog cocktail while Calum introduced us to Copper Dog history.

Then we went to an igloo and Finn from Copper Dog explained us how to make our own cocktails with Copper Dog whisky. We made the Winter Spiced Old Fashioned : Copper Dog, spiced syrup, vanilla bitters.
To end the evening, we had the Bakewell Punch hot cocktail : Copper Dog, berry cider, apple juice and orgeat. I highly recommend this one if you like having a mulled wine in winter.
